Mental Health Therapist, Owner

I believe that healthy relationships are the foundation of a beautiful life, and I am committed to helping you become the person, partner, and parent you want to be. I understand that it can be difficult to reach out for help, so I am always conscious of ensuring that therapy feels encouraging, inviting, and safe.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Missouri, and have been working with individuals and families for over ten years to navigate life’s struggles and live more fully. I won’t promise that all of your problems or difficult experiences will go away, but I will commit to helping you navigate through them in a way that feels genuine and allows you to take action towards the life and relationships you want.

I was born and raised near Joplin, MO and grew up playing sports and spending time with family and friends. I moved to Springfield, MO and attended college at Missouri State University, receiving my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2010. In 2015 my husband and I decided to move to Woodland Park, CO. We enjoy the mountains, but also travel back to Missouri often.

When I'm not working I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, reading, attempting to cook, and hanging out with my family.

Paige Lloyd, LPC, PMH-C

Mental Health Therapist

A lucky few “get it right” the first time. For most of us, life is a process of learning as we evolve, as we edge closer to becoming the person we want to be. I am here to support you in this evolution. I enjoy working with teenagers, parents, and those working through anxiety and stress while trying to balance the demands of everyday life.

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and attended University of California, Davis. After college I spent years working in human resources. My husband and I had a daughter during this time. I understand the rewards and challenges of navigating the complex balancing of marriage, motherhood, friendships and career. When I returned to school for a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, it was to allow me to do the work that I’ve always felt was important for me to do.

We recently moved to Aurora, Colorado with three dogs and one cat in tow. I am enjoying the outdoor hiking and camping lifestyle that the Centennial State provides, while making time to travel back to California to visit friends and family. Time with my family and friends (that are like family) is precious to me. I also enjoy cycling, travel, laughing and exploring what life has to offer.

Melanie McQuiston, LPC

Mental Health Therapist

I strive to provide a comfortable and safe environment for clients, even when working on complicated and hard topics. I believe all clients should feel safe to express themselves without feeling judged or discriminated. I believe that the counselor-client relationship is the utmost important and should include honesty, empathy, and respect. I understand that counseling can be an emotional journey towards achieving one’s goals.

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado. I enjoy working with adults with depression, anxiety, relationships issues, self-esteem, women’s issues, LGBTQIA issues, multicultural issues, trauma, and life transitions. I use an integrative approach to counseling with the knowledge that treatment is different for each person. My primary therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

I was born and raised around the suburbs of Detroit, MI. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. I moved to Fort Collins, CO this past October.

When I am not working I enjoy reading, needlework, nature walks, and spending time with my cats.

Becky Hensley, LPCC

Mental Health Therapist

As a therapist my goal is to meet someone where they are. I strive to create a safe welcoming place that encourages growth and allows one to face challenges as an individual. I believe everyone deserves to live the best life they possibly can create and I understand overcoming personal challenges can be a lot of work and a tough journey. I believe as a mental health care provider I am afforded an honor and privilege to help improve lives, make space for change and foster healthier relationships. I am an NCC (Nationally Certified Counselor) and I currently have an LPCC. My goal is to lift others through empowerment, awareness, advocation and personal evolution. I understand the impact that trauma, stress, and adversity have on our everyday experiences. I use CBT and psychodynamic approaches among other therapeutic modalities to help individuals overcome struggles and to lift those who may simply need a little extra support.

I was born and raised in Colorado, and I have lived in locations from coast to coast to island. After serving as an Aegis Computer Technician in the Navy at Pearl Harbor, I returned home to Colorado and started a new journey in mental health and counseling, I attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where I obtained my education. I received my degree from UCCS in 2013. I am a newly certified Doula, and am excited to support pregnant and postpartum women in various ways.

I’m currently taking a pottery class. I enjoy rafting, hiking, camping, reading, creating and cooking with my daughter and our dog, cat and a foster lizard.

Geni Brant, LPCC

Mental Health Therapist

To me, therapy is a space for exploration, growth, and healing. It would be an honor to support you on that journey. My approach is eclectic, meaning I adapt our work together to fit your unique needs rather than following a rigid framework. Whether you're navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety or depression, processing past experiences, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I provide a space where people of all ages can feel heard, valued, and empowered.

I grew up in Colorado and earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. I went on to complete my Master of Social Work at the University of Denver, where I deepened my passion for helping others through a holistic and person-centered approach.

Outside of work, I enjoy many outdoor activities, creating art, and relaxing with my partner and our dogs. I’m passionate about finding balance in life, whether that means enjoying a quiet moment with a good book or embarking on a new adventure. I can't wait to meet you!
